  24. AudioMulch is not free software. Subject to the terms below, you are 
  25. hereby licensed to use this software for evaluation purposes without
  26. charge. If you intend to use this software on an ongoing basis, a 
  27. registration fee of US$50 (AU$50 to residents of Australia) is 
  28. requested. You can register using the Register AudioMulch... menu 
  29. item within the program, or on the internet via the AudioMulch web 
  30. site. When payment is received  you will be provided with a 
  31. registration code.

  33. Alpha and Beta Test Versions
  34.  
  35. Alpha and Beta versions of AudioMulch are distributed for evaluation 
  36. and testing purposes only. They are configured to expire after a fixed 
  37. period from their initial release date ( 30 days for alpha versions, 
  38. 90 days for beta versions ). A valid AudioMulch registration code will 
  39. prevent expiry. Release versions do not expire.

  41. Distribution

  43. Different distribution policies are maintained for Beta Test and 
  44. Release versions of AudioMulch. The policies are described below. 
  45. Beta Test versions can be identified by the presence of a 'b' in their
  46. version number such as 0.8b3. The version number is displayed in the
  47. About AudioMulch window available from the Help menu within the program.

  49. Release Versions

  51. You are hereby licensed to make as many copies of the Shareware 
  52. release version of this software and documentation as you wish; 
  53. give exact copies of the original Shareware release version to 
  54. anyone; and distribute the Shareware release version of the software 
  55. and documentation in its unmodified form via electronic means.  
  56. There is no charge for any of the above.

  58. You are specifically prohibited from charging, or requesting 
  59. donations, for any such copies, however made; and from distributing
